Beautiful views over the River Teign estuary from the bedroom and sea views from the balcony at the entrance. This flat is on the 2nd floor of a block of 18. It is very quiet and in easy access to the train and bus stops, the town, including Lidl's and of course the beach.

Would suit a working young person. I am an excellent landlady and keep everything up together, PAT and safety tested.

Parking and garages are available from an outside provider at an additional charge, though there may be a waiting list. Plenty of free parking 1-2 mins away, however.
