A double room in a stunning seaside two-floor flat will be available from 4th December 2025! £553 for the room includes ALL BILLS (gas, electricity, wifi, water, a cleaner and council tax)

This is a 5 bed house (for 4 people), with stunning estuary views😍, 2 lounges, lots of light, big kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 15 min walk to the sea! 🌊🌞(There’s also a garden & cabin we get occasional use of.) We are looking for long term 💯 but could potentially consider shorter.

Recent housemates love living here but we are off to new pastures of buying homes and travelling adventures.

This is a great opportunity to live with 3 wonderful women who care about cocreating a dreamy community vibe✨✨.

Hana is a creative, facilitator, holistic councillor, musician, producer, photographer, artist.
Em and Gem are a sociable, warm and open minded couple with an affectionate, playful and bouncy spaniel, Milo. Em is a self-employed Health Coach, training in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Somatic Psychology - passionate about the outdoors, wellbeing and self-development. Gem works in Reservations for Hospitality & Events - working mostly from home. Gem is a big history and movie geek and passionate about animal welfare.

Hana, Em, Gem and Milo love life:
- exploring the outdoors through walks, kayaking, swimming, snorkelling and rollerblading.
- exploring the arts through drawing, painting, music, theatre, cinema
- yoga, meditation, socialising and being cosy round the fire.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

•⁠ ⁠We are ideally looking for an individual person, working professional, age 26-45, like-minded / open-minded, spiritual/into personal development or open to it, ideally a kind, creative, nature lover (no families or couples, but will consider a couple short term). Someone up for hanging out and cooking dinners together, sharing deep conversations and going for walks.

•⁠ ⁠Ideally want an individual wanting to stay long term for around 1 year+, but for the right person we are open to short term lets over the winter, or a couple looking to stay short term ❤️
