Double room in beautiful seaside community home

A double room in a stunning seaside two-floor flat will be available from 4th December 2025! £510 for the room includes gas, electricity, wifi and council tax.

This is a 5 bed house (for 4 people), with stunning estuary views😍, 2 lounges, lots of light, big kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 15 min walk to the sea! 🌊🌞(There’s also a garden & cabin we get occasional use of.) We are looking for long term 💯 but could potentially consider shorter.

Previous housemates (Ash. Al and myself) love living here but we are off to new pastures of buying homes (10 minute walk up the road) and visitng loved ones who live on the other side of the world.

This is a great opportunity to live with 3 wonderful women who care about cocreating a dreamy community vibe✨✨.

Hana has lived here for the last year. It is hard for her to see her friends leave, but she loves living here so much that she has chosen to stay and welcome new people into the community. Hana is a creative, facilitator, holistic councillor, musician, producer, photographer, artist. Hana spends a lot of time at home creating as well as time connecting with friends.

Em and Gem are a lovely open minded couple moving over from Lewes at the start of November. They are excited to integrate and build a new life in Devon.

While living here for the last year, we have enjoyed going for sea swims, cooking dinners, cosying around the fire in the winter and going for a drink in town. Lots of friends live close by so it’s becoming a bit of a hub.

It’s been our favourite home in Devon. We’ve been incredibly happy here and living by the sea, lifestyle feels more like a holiday! 🌊🌞 Calling in the right person💖
