The kitchen provides access to a small terrace with steps down to the large garden with brick BBQ.
The garden is fully enclosed, so safe for a dog and overlooks the nature reserve which is great for dog walks.
There is a large shared living / dining with log burner.
The property is centrally heated and has full fibre broadband.
I would prefer working females, who are clean and tidy, who value a peaceful relaxed home. I am open to taking in well behaved dogs or cats, (price negotiable)
A bit about me, I am 58 years old, retired through ill health. I have a partner who does not live with me, but stays over 1 night a week.
I have 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren who stay one night a week, usually Friday, on a rotation basis.
I do not smoke, but I do vape and am not opposed to having a smoker live with me, but they must smoke outside.
There is off street parking.
