I have a double en-suite bedroom to let in a large 4 bedroom property, spread across 3 floors. The room is furnished and has a new double bed/mattress

I am a quiet, single, professional person who is out all day.

The property has 3 living/dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen with all of the normal appliances.

There is a utility area with a washing machine, extra fridge/freezer and tumble dryer.

The garden is half patio and half lawn - perfect for sunbathing!!

The house is big enough so that nobody will be under each others feet, so if you need to study/work then its ideal.

Plenty of parking is available outside the property.

I am approx 5 minute walk from the beach, town and station.
