The room is situated at the back of the building which makes it idle for those working shifts, and maybe needing to sleep during the day as the room is very quiet and secluded. The property is only a minutes walk from the train station and about 3 minutes walk to the town centre. Other people within the property are all working in various professions and are on a variety of different shift patterns, so any new occupant would need to respect the fact that some people sleep during the day and would not wish to be disturbed by anyones excessively noisily lifestyle.
