A great central location for all amenities, We are situated 5 minutes walk from the train station and there is a bus stop 2 minutes away. The beach and Teignmouth town centre is a 10 minute walk. There are 2 residents car parks nearby and plenty of on street parking.
We have a well behaved black Labrador Lottie.

We are looking for a short term rent initially for a maximum of 6 months that could be extended by mutual agreement, we are flexible and would also consider Mon- Fri let.

There is all the usual for sharing - kitchen, lounge, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
$200.00 deposit and a months rent in advance will be required.
