Looking for 2 like minded house mates to live with in a beautiful house with a sea view. Both get their own en suite bathroom, all furniture included and a parking space. Lots of shared living space, including a large garden, balcony and access to paddle boards and other water sports equipment. The house is in walking distance of multiple different beaches.
Current tenant is the daughter of the owners, and is her “family home”. She works from home as a jewellery maker and small business owner. She is also hoping to get a dog, but this is not confirmed yet.
Younger children (19 and 21) are both at university, and will be back for holidays, especially the summer, as they both work as RNLI Beach Lifeguards.
The owners are in the process of moving overseas, and may return for maintenance purposes once or twice a year. This will not interfere with the rental rooms.
