Room to rent in countryside but still close to M5.

We are offering a choice of two rooms (only one will be rented out) in a 200 year old cottage on the outskirts of Exmoor. One is a small four foot double next to the shared bathroom. The other is a full size double. Our beautiful house is located on the Somerset/Devon border and only 15 mins from junction 27 of the M5. We could offer a lift to Marsh Barton, Exeter weekdays possibly if required, for a small contribution towards fuel. Also not far from Tiverton Parkway station but you would need your own transport. Sole use of private parking space and separate side entrance to property. Shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Cooking is on an aga. Shared use of washing machine and small dishwasher. Shared downstairs toilet or sole use of downstairs shower/toilet if preferred. Glorious views from garden. Large suntrap patio and garden. Plenty of seating areas to enjoy a glass or two of red in the evening. Must like jack russell terriers of which we have two and countryside living. Seeking a male professional ideally but would consider anyone else. For a couple we would require an additional £20 a week. Includes bills.
