Current let now ended. I am a young professional working as a primary school teacher in a local village school. I have one, small, friendly dog and no other pets. One room in my 2 bedroom home to the right person. Looking for a professional between the ages of 22 - 40. Only female working professionals who are clean and considerate will be considered.

I have a compact double room with built in storage for rent in a mid terrace. Fully furnished with one shared bathroom, kitchen diner with separate living room and good sized garden overlooking the river. Use of a washing machine included. Plenty of on street parking and easy links to Exeter, North Devon and the M5. Easy walking distance to shops, local restaurants, cafes and pubs. 15 minutes from Tiverton Parkway train station.
