Townhouse property looking for tenant

3 story town centre property with garden. One female live in landlord and one female tenant, plus two small dogs. Looking for a female tenant to rent a single bedroom (house is 4 bed) within the property and share main living areas including ; garden, lounge, dining room and kitchen. I own and work in the shop below the property. Looking for a quiet, kind, polite, clean and tidy professional, preferably female lodger who will fit in well with myself and the other tenant. Room has bed, bedding and wardrobe. Not a house for boyfriends, social gatherings, parties, etc. All bills included ; water, heating, WIFI. House is currently undergoing renovations so some floors and rooms are rough and unfinished. One main bathroom and second downstairs toilet.
