Single room/Double room available in lovely te

Single room available now in lovely part of Tiverton. Close to town, parking on the street but we always find a space. Double attic room available in near future, if needed someone could take the single room then swap to the larger space. Shared kitchen and bathroom and use of garden. Must love dogs.
