I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in a 2-bed flat in Tiverton with a shared bathroom, spacious living room and kitchen.
Your bedroom is a large room in the attic, with some existing furniture (double bed, chest of drawer) but you are welcome to add more of your own furniture not just in your room but also around the flat - I would love you to make this your home, too!
I work for a youth charity in Exeter, love all things outdoors including cycling, surfing and running. I am also quite competitive and love a good board game with friends and a cider in the evenings.
I have previously shared flats with both male and females, am super easy-going and love a new adventure, meeting new people and catching up with friends.
I am happy to provide references from previous flatmates if you would like - it would be great if you could provide some references as well.
All bills incl WIFI, electricity, council tax, water and heating included.
