Spacious House with room in roof available

I am a newly single mother looking for an individual to join me on the tenancy agreement until at least the 28th of February 2026. The house is a five minute walk to the centre of town, with two convenience stores around the corner, and there i a Morrisons 15 minutes walk away too.

The house has two reception rooms, one of which is available to use as a separate living space from my toddler if required.
The kitchen is very spacious with two fridges and plenty of cupboard space. There is a toilet and separate shower room in the kitchen.
The middle floor is mine and my son's bedrooms, and the top floor is a room in the roof with the main bathroom containing a shower and bath. I would only need use of this bathroom on the evenings that my son needs a bath.

There is parking available on the surrounding public roads.
Our kitchen leads to a communal garden, where there is space for a bicycles etc.
