Renting the master bedroom in a three bedroom property, the rent will cover all bills including water, electric, council tax and wifi. The property has parking for two small vehicles on the drive and on street parking on a first come first serve basis. The lounge, kitchen/diner, utility and bathroom are all shared and there is a private garden also available to all occupants in the property.
