We have one double room available in a large Victorian house.
Large garden, unlimited on-street parking, washing machine, shared kitchen, living room, broadband connection. Quiet part of Tiverton. Town centre within very short walking distance. Tiverton Canal is a couple minutes walk from here.
We are looking for a female lodger who enjoys the company of family and small children, and who will contribute to the bustling personality of this household.
