Hello, my husband and I have just renovated our cellar in to a separate dwelling,, very large space with double bed and sofa and lots of space,, own entrance and garden,, own kitchen and bathroom ( kitchen being fitted in next few weeks but happy to share ours until it's in ) cooker, fridge freezer ,, lovely shower room,, Sky multi room available,, looking for laid back person or couple who want their own space but happy to share a small part of house ( utility ) but having plenty of your own space,, finished to a high quality and all bills included. Please ask any questions as its not your typical house share. The annex / flat is over two floors with kitchen and bathroom on ground floor leading out to garden and front room and bedroom below ,, kitchen island to eat at in kitchen .. Need easy going/ working / trustworthy tenants who are looking for own space but happy to be social too. Free parking outside and next to park ,, close walk to town and easy access to M5 ,,.
