Friendly house share in Tiverton

Hi - we are looking for someone prob 20s to 30s to move into a large double room in our shared house in Church Street, Tiverton - only a few minutes walk from the town centre. House has recently had a full refurbishment to a good standard and rent includes wi-fi broadband and sky plus.

The only bills to be paid on top of rent are gas and electricity as these are on a prepayment meter to which everyone contributes as and when necessary. Being a smoker is no problem but there is no smoking in the house (there is a back yard)

Parking locally is on street but if you want a permanent parking space the local council rent spaces in the Wellbrook St car park which is opposite the house. See the Mid Devon District Council website for more info .
