Double Room with Lounge and own Bathroom

A double bedroom with desk space is available for Monday-Friday lets only in Central Tiverton. Private use of family bathroom and there is use of a separate (not private) walk through lounge with tea/coffee facilities gives you plenty of relaxation space during your stay. No kitchen use. The house is a very tidy cosy cottage style home close to the town centre. 10 minutes walk to the bus station. 10 minutes drive to Parkway Railway station.

Owners work long hours but are always available to speak. Once home we prefer peace and quiet.

We have an old cat & a young dog but they have their own space.
