Cosy self-contained loft space in Tiverton

I am a single owner-occupier & offer a SELF-CONTAINED, quiet, large cosy loft space - with a private ENSUITE bathroom at the top of my Victorian town house. I am located in West Exe, Tiverton. It has a lovely KING_SIZE bed with a quality mattress & linen, two large, curl-up comfy armchairs, a Samsung 4K flat-screen TV (inc., BBC iPlayer, etc.) - plus fast broadband access. Alongside this is a new SUBCOLD mini-fridge, kettle and microwave. There's also FULL access to a shared kitchen on the ground floor and an EXCLUSIVE fridge/freezer. I will consider a couple, but the rent will need to be adjusted. I have returned from London to my home town of Tiverton having worked in mental health and before this professional theatre.
