This listing is for two separate rooms within a large three story town house. You will have a separate bathroom, which is shared with one other lodger.

The house was recently renovated to a high standard.

The weekly rent of the large double is £105.

The room is a very large double with a sofa sitting area as well, which you cannot see in the picture. It’s the size of two standard doubles put together.

The weekly rent of the single room is £85 per week. There is room for a double bed if you want one.

Two small well behaved cockapoo called also live in the house. Bills and wifi are included.

We are looking for another professional, but would happily consider a student instead.
