The room is fully furnished, most furniture is nearly new. Double bed, double-door built-in wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers and desk. Bedside table and lamp.

Sharing the 4 bedroom house with three other people (including owner and girlfriend) age range 40-55 who have been living together for the last 3 years. Owner has an ensuite shower room, so most of the time the family bathroom on the landing will be for you and one other person.

Kitchen, utility room, dining room and spacious lounge + conservatory are shared rooms.
All the shared rooms are well equipped with modern appliances etc.
For example, the kitchen has a microwave, big fridge, oven, grill, 5 burner hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher.
Also a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, deep freezer.
The house is cleaned weekly.

Outside there is a sunny south-facing garden with patio areas. The garden is regularly looked after by a local firm of gardeners.
Off street parking for one car.

The house is well situated for access to Tiverton town and beyond the Exe valley, M5 and Tiverton Parkway station.
Local shops and “pub” are about 200m walk away.

Room and house would suit a professional person looking for a house share in a residential area. Someone who is relatively clean and tidy, who wants to live in a comfortable and well equipped house. No pets.
Viewings welcome; weekends are best.
