Currently living in the apartment are three friendly, clean and tidy well house trained (relativity young) professionals, Josh 29, Jules 31 and Kate 25 with her room becoming available in August, (date to be confirmed)

We’re all pretty easy going and have similar interests for the outdoors, surfing, climbing, cooking, going for an occasional drink and chilling. The flats a laidback social atmosphere.

The apartment has central heating and is kitted out with a decent amount of kitchen, cooking and baking equipment with a 4 hob gas cooker oven, microwave, toaster, separate fridge, freezer, and a washing machine.

We have a large living room with a dining area, a bathroom fitted with a large shower, a double spare room on the second storey currently used as a “gym”/drying room with a small amount of storage and spare double futon for guests.

The rent is £450 pcm with a security deposit over a flexible 6 month rolling contract.
Council tax, water, gas, electric, TV license and wifi are all included in the price per calendar month.

We are looking for a similar aged, well house trained, young professional or mature student, all are welcomed.
