We are a family with two children aged 14 and 11. We have a double room available on our top floor with a private adjoining bathroom for a short term flexible let. The room is ideally suited to an individual who is looking for temporary stepping stone accommodation or someone who is away on a short-term work contract. Office based applicants only (not homeworking). The room is furnished with freestanding wardrobe, drawers and a double bed. The room is 1 minute walk from Topsham station.
