Great double bedroom available in Topsham

Nice and clean 2 bedroom flat, currently I have one room and my housemate has the other double bedroom, his looking to move out soon due to working further away, so will need a new house mate, me and my wife are young and easy going, plenty of parking available for residents, bills included in rent price, just need to pay water bill every quarter, also no broadband but happy to go half if we get it, great location and amazing place to stay, I work evenings and sleep during the day, practically won't see me most likely, I am very easy going, same with my wife, place is clean, the sitting room we hardly use, there's a TV, nice small balcony, everything available, fridge/freezer (shared), microwave, washing machine
