There is easy access to green space, river walks, and Exmouth beach is only a few miles away. Topsham also has a lovely, heated outdoor swimming pool. The location will suit somebody looking for a calm space with easy access to Exeter City.

This is a house share with a small family: Me (Male, 47), a researcher at Exeter Medical School and my 17-year-old daughter. We're looking for a relaxed and respectful house mate. The house is always clean and calm. We are both friendly and relaxed and happy for you to keep your own company or join us in TV watching, board games, dinner, or just hanging out.
