Large Double Bedroom in a Topsham Cottage

I am a single professional lady living in a cottage in central Topsham (fantastic location). I have a large double room spare that has got a double bed in there with bedding. The bathroom is downstairs (steep stairs) as is the lounge and kitchen (all to be shared with me). There is a good size back garden but no parking unfortunately. I'm looking for a sharer who works full time, who is clean and tidy and respectful of our own space. Included in the rent is netflix, wifi and all bills. Once or twice a week i have my 3 small dogs with me so please take this into consideration.
