Currently unfurnished room (can be furnished with bed, bedside table and wardrobe/drawers if required) available in 3 bedroom house with large lounge/diner, kitchen and garden, sharing with 1 other couple (25 + 27), a dog and a cat.

The price includes all bills, a cleaner in the communal areas (and your bedroom, if you choose) once a week and all household products e. g. toilet paper, washing up liquid, laundry detergent etc.

Looking for a short term let, 3-6 months, potentially Monday - Friday. Ideal for professionals based in town e. g. agency workers. No smokers - this is non negotiable. On street parking available.
