Town Centre

Hi,
I have two lovely bedrooms to let, with excellent access to town centre, in clean, quiet and tidy house.
Kitchen and bathroom is shared with other lodger and home owner.
The house benefit from patio and good size, sheltered back garden, ideal for sunbathing and BBQ, please feel free to use it. You also can smoke outside.
Both bedrooms are a small double with, garden view and with double bed for 450 pounds/ mth.

Proof of income and reference from previous landlord is nessesary.
In home is a cat living.

Accommodation will suit medical or other professionals preferred .
