Single furnished Room to rent, in friendly household. Use of all facilities, including washing machine and wireless internet.
Situated near plainmore, 20 mins walk to town approx.
The room is furnished with a single bed chest of drawers, and a hanging rail for clothes . There is a TV point in the room. This is a box room and would suit someone with not too much stuff . There is a kitchen /diner with sofa/Tv so you are not confined to the bedroom . I have my own lounge so although a live in landlady we have our own space .

I am looking for a trustworthy and honest, and clean and tidy person to treat my home as they would their own along with the 2 tidy, respectful tennants already there.
Please note this is NOT a party house although we are sociable.

There is parking available on the road.

A deposit of £200 is required . The Room is available from 22nd November
