Double Room available!

Hi,
It's quiet through the week as I work 5 days a week. At weekends i have my 2 boys (3 and 8), we are active and like to get out at the weekends. If you just want your room, privacy this will be respected. I am tidy and like to keep the place clean. women or men are welcome to apply. I have added 1 pic of the room as it is only used for laundry at the moment and storage. I will have a double bed put in though I'm open to suggestions if you would like something different. I will also have some cupboards put in though again will wait for the right applicant and we can design the room outlay to your specifics.
