Lovely, warm and friendly house

Hi there,

I’m fortunate enough to have a large 5 bed home in Torquay, close to town and to the hospital but set back of the main roads so has a cosy residential feel. I live here most of the time with my two dogs, and my 25 year old daughter also lives between here and London. The whole house is shared and has a kitchen dinner and separate tv/ lounge room and another room just for laundry as well as two bathrooms - one upstairs and one down stairs.
The room that is available is the large one in the picture and has ample room for yoga/ wfh desk or just relaxing in your own space.
A little about me - I work in environmental projects, sometimes schools, some times farms, sometimes with the council or communities around Torbay. I care about this world we live in and love being outdoors on my bike, swimming or climbing but equally love a relaxed movie night in too.
I really enjoy cooking and am keen that the house is tidy, welcoming and fresh at all times, just a ‘leave it as you found it vibe’ so someone who is happy to clean up after themselves, is a positive person and kind and friendly and happy to take the recycling out occasionally would be idea. If you are new to the area I’d be happy to connect you up with lots of things happening locally, this is a great and unassuming part of the world to live, lots to enjoy.
