Lovely, warm and friendly house

I have two double room available in my house.
My current tenant has been long term and consider this a home.

I am looking for working happy people to share this bright and airy space, with original features and newly fitted kitchen and laundry room, a garden with lots of flowers and herbs on the grow, waiting to be loved. This house is a gem set back off the main road down a private drive with only a few other houses.
I would be open to someone or couple renting the whole of the upstairs space privately which consists of x3 bedrooms and a bathroom, which could easily be turned into a study, double bedroom and private sitting room and private bathroom.
