Spacious light beach room with sea view

A lovely spacious and light double room to rent that is already furnished and is available immediately. You will have access to your own bathroom and a shared kitchen and living room. You will be able to use the dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen. There is a grand piano in the living room that you are welcome to play if you'd like! I also have a large TV with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix, as well as unlimited broadband. I live alone and have a very friendly cat called Kiki. There is plenty of free parking available on nearby roads and a secure space to keep a bike if required. I work at Torbay Hospital but my shifts are at reasonable times so I am often home during the evening and weekends. I have a strictly no smoking policy. Please contact me if you have any questions :)
