A terraced house, in Torquay, close to the sea front. 5 min walk to Torquay train station, 10 min walk to Torquay sea front.
The house is equipped with 24/7 broadband, sky TV in the lounge, washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer.
Double room has a double bed, mattress and a huge 3 door wardrobe.
Sharing the house with one other person (myself), 35 year old Engineer, working in Torquay, mon- fri 9-5. Easy going and laid back.
Looking for one other person to share this big house with. Someone who looks and cleans after them, easy going and laid back. Someone who is not a stranger living in the house.
Plenty of on street parking in front of the house, no permit required.
