Professional Flat Mate Wanted.

Spacious Double Room available, shower and bathroom right next door. Use of shared kitchen. There’s two cats or demons but they are lovely. I’m open to someone professional and ideally a male.
The room is a double, it does need furniture has i have not used the room except for storage. So you would have to bring your own bedroom storage, but a double bed and curtains are available. The flat is close to town and bus stops to both Torquay town and beyond, plus the other way to newton are very close by. We are up the road from the hospital, ideal place if someone worked there, Plenty of kitchen space so that you can have your own section. They might be times where you get the chance to eat with me, depends on the dynamic. Easy going, fun relaxed male. Needing help with running a flat with the cost of everything.
