Professional Flat Mate Wanted.

Professional working Gay male. I’m very private and keep myself to myself and live a quiet life with my two cats. Im very much straight acting and would ideally like another Male of the same orientation to share the flat with, however that’s just for preference. We are open to someone professional and ideally a male.
The room is a double, it does need furniture has i have not used the room except for storage. So you would have to bring your own bedroom furniture there is a spare double mattress. im willing to help arrange to get furniture and I know someone with a van. I feel that this would be a chance for someone to enjoy life and have the freedom to do so. If you fit and gel with me then happy days. The flat is close to town and bus stops to both Torquay town and beyond, plus the other way to newton are very close by. We are up the road from the hospital, ideal place if someone worked there, Plenty of kitchen space so that you can have your own section. They might be times where you get the chance to eat with me, depends on the dynamic. Easy going, fun relaxed male. Needing help with running a flat with the cost of everything.
