Spacious two-bedroom ground-floor suite available at The Purple Tree Guest House in Torquay, ideal for a working professional looking for comfortable medium-term accommodation.

The Olive Suite is situated on the ground floor and offers much more space and privacy than a standard room. It comprises two separate furnished bedrooms, a private living/dining area and its own kitchenette. The suite has one private bathroom with shower, which serves both bedrooms.
The kitchenette provides facilities for preparing your own meals, making this a good option for someone who would like a more self-contained arrangement while staying with us.

£1,400 per 28 days for exclusive use of the whole suite. This is based on £700 per bedroom and includes:

• Council tax
• Heating, hot water and electricity, subject to fair use
• Wi-Fi
• Use of communal areas, including our games room
• Seasonal use of the outdoor swimming pool
• Parking, subject to availability

We are approximately 5 minutes' walk from Torre railway station, with the No. 12 bus route nearby, providing easy access to Torbay Hospital, Torquay town centre and the surrounding area.

Accommodation is offered on a rolling 28-day licence, rather than a standard tenancy. A £300 refundable security deposit is required.

We are looking for a quiet, respectful working professional. Photo ID, proof of employment and a suitable reference will be required before the accommodation is confirmed.

Single occupancy. No smoking and no pets. Cooking is only permitted in the kitchenette and not in the bedrooms.

The owners live on site, so this is best suited to someone looking for a quiet, well-maintained place to stay rather than a party house.
