Large room has double futon and comfy sofa bed. (current tenant may leave their double bed). Lots of storage, desk with window/views of harbour.

Smaller room has a really comfy small double bed, hanging rail, chest of drawers and desk space with views across the harbour/sea/Berry Head.

The large kitchen is fully equipt, a light bright place to eat on the island.
Shared bathroom with long deep bath and seperate shower.

Theres a washing machine and a line in the communal garden, and also onroad parking. This is a high quality apartment within an exclusive gated community of mostly retired people.

The house is on a hill and so a fair level of fitness is required for non drivers.
Quiet working people or financially independent older persons with open hearts and minds preferred. We dont do mainstream narrative.

We have chosen NOT TO HAVE WIFI. Hotspot works well.
