Large Characterful double room & en-suite Torre

I have a beautiful, characterful double room with en-suite in my large Victorian Villa in Torre.
2-3 minutes walk to station, 10 minutes walk to beach or town centre. (for able bodied person).
I'm looking for just one lovely lodger for this double room.
My house is very close to Torre train station but not too close.
It has a large garden with fruit trees & flowers, is close to the beach, to town centre but has a semi-rural feel, set up high & surrounded by trees, with lots of birds, including an owl, doves, robins, gulls, the occasional falcon as well as bats, butterflies, lizards, and my pet tortoise.
The Lodger absolutely must be a non-smoker, not just someone who won't smoke indoors.
I want someone who will actually appreciate the smoke free home including the garden (apart from wood smoke when we have bonfires and BBQs).
The lodger must also be very clean & leave the kitchen immaculate after use.
I also want someone who will appreciate the unusual, characterful & eclectic feel of the home rather than someone who will put up with it but would be just as happy or even prefer somewhere with far less character.
Fortunately I am not desperate and will only accept someone who I feel will be a very good fit. Ideally educated & professional, but intelligent is even more important than educated, the two not being synonymous. Hopefully someone creative/artistic, someone positive and optimistic, 'glass half full'. Not one of those people who manage to suck the joy out of everything. Someone who can enjoy the bird song or a butterfly on a flower and the sound of the sea on the pebbles.
The room is 4m x 2.9m, with a fabulous 3.35m ceiling height.
Rent includes all bills including wifi.
It might suit somebody who wants somewhere to live where they hardly have to interact with anybody else unless they choose to do so, or someone who wants to develop a friendship with us, there is room enough for either.
A bit about me, I have lived a lot, I have a high I. Q. two degrees in filosofy, I've made a living as an artist & illustrator, as well as having been a gym instructor, martial artist, beach lifeguard, I rebuild & ride old motorbikes, do nearly all the work on the house & garden myself.
I have a young teenage son who is here roughly 25-50% of the time.

Y.-er, thinker, sea swimmer, beach bum, aesthete, maker, fixer, biker, pirate, fire-starter, filosofer, gardener, cinefile, sensual, passionate, non-smoker, foody, lover. I'm an open-minded Londoner just moved to Torquay. I love the outdoors, the hidden wild beaches & coves, the moors & the woods. Not really into typical 'night life', bars & clubs, though I do enjoy live music & something akin to dancing.
