Large family kitchen leading onto patio and garden. Shared lounge, plus coffee lounge. Lots of space.
Downstairs there is a shared utility room with washing machine, shower and WC
First floor there is a shared family bathroom with large claw foot bath, separate shower cubicle within, & W. C.
Also on First floor there is a Walk in shower wet room with W. C.
We have our own separate en-suit for our personal use.
2nd floor 1 bedroom (room 5)
We have a warm and friendly sociable household, as ex family foster carers we are used to sharing our home with adults and families.
We would require household members to be DBS checked.
We are situated within a 3 minute walk to Lymington Road Tesco’s. 5 minutes to Town Centre and approx 12 min walk to sea front bars and restaurants.
We have two small shih tzu dogs.
We spend quite a lot of time travelling and are looking for mature responsible house mates who will respect and care for our home as we do.
The kitchen is the hub of the house, however, rooms can be provided with a kettle if required. Spend as much or as little time in the shared areas. Each room has individual lock and privacy is respected.
All house members respect each other and the shared spaces.
All house members will be expected to take part in communal cleaning areas.
Rooms are not en-suit but we have 4 showers, 4 toilets including a large family bathroom with bath and shower. Room available NOW.
