We are in the beautiful village of Wellswood, 10 minutes walk to Meadfoot Beach, Wellswood shops and restaurants and 15 minutes walk to the harbour, seafront and town. Part of a well-maintained Victorian property, set back off a quiet tree-lined road, we are on a bus route and there is plenty of on-road parking.

This room looks out onto a wooded area and captures the morning sun. There is a table with a microwave and kettle and we can provide a small fridge also, although happy to share the fridge in the kitchen. Other amenities can be discussed.

Outside we have private and very sunny patios with a lovely wooded outlook across the valley.

It is a peaceful house with working occupants looking for someone similar. We have a lovely moggie, who is partly a house cat, particularly at night.
