Self-Contained Studio - all bills included

We have a Self-Contained Studio available to rent on Belgrave Road. We are happy to discuss a range of rent types. All bills are included in the price.

The Studio has a kitchenette & breakfast bar. It then has a spacious double bedroom, with a wardrobe and ensuite shower room.

As you can see from the photos it has been quite newly decorated. It is on the third floor accessible by stairs, but a quiet space at the rear of the buliding away from traffic noise.

Available from 2nd January 2026.

This is single occupancy.

We are a 10 minute walk from the centre of town, 15 minutes from the harbour, and 5-7 minutes from Torre Abbey Sands beach.
Torquay train station is a 10-15 minute walk away, there are buses to all the local towns and also to Torbay Hospital for easy access.
Free parking is available on all of the adjoining streets. There is also a local taxi company directly opposite.

We provide a Smart TV in the Studio and high speed WiFi.

The Studio is self-contained but we live do live on the premises in a different area. Therefore, any potential renters will be required to meet us prior to being approved to rent.

Unfortunately due to previous experiences we would preferably accept tenants who are working/studying.

Absolutely no smokers, a pet may be considered.

Plenty of free street parking available.

In person viewings are essential.
