The decked area has a 4 burner barbecue inside a Gazebo so even barbecues on rainy evening are fun.

The Kitchen and lounge still maintain the fabulous Edwardian high ceilings and the cornices used at that time have been restored.

The box room has a bed in it.

Between the flat and the harbor is just restaurants and a new Coop convenience store which makes life very easy!
