Landlord/lady husband and wife live in and on top floor. Available rooms are first floor. On street parking in the road is a bit tight and busy as all areas of Torquay there is pay parking near by. The house is 2 minutes walk from Union street top of town centre. Local shops hairdresser and fish n chips within 1 minute walk. The double room can be double mattress or two singles to suit.
