Room to rent, central Torquay

Hi, My name is Max and I'm looking for a new housemate! I live in central Torquay, next to the coach station and have two spare bedrooms, a single and a box room (which could easily be used as a study). The council tax is band A, and rent is 500pcm or 650pcm including bills. I have two cats, so being okay with animals is a must. I'm quite quiet, so don't expect loud parties or music, however I do have a games night once a week with some friends, which you are more than welcome to join.
