This newly decorated garden flat is an honest 5 minutes walk to the sea! The same distance in another direction is Torquay train station and the Grand Hotel and the marina is only a short walk away along the sea front. Fantastic situation.

The offer is for a large ensuite bedroom, nice and bright and well furnished, with a king size bed, hanging, a desk and drawers. There is also a large sitting room with sofas and a massive TV - all in good condition. The sitting room gives onto a terrace which would be for your use only.

Basic kitchen facilities only, so this is not for cooking enthusiasts although use of my kitchen is possible.

There is easy street parking and a good sized garden to look out at.

Price quoted is for holiday makers. A different arrangement can be reached with those wishing to stay longer term.
