Room to rent in Torquay

Looking to rent out my spare room in my spacious ground floor flat.

Property is located in Torquay a 15 min walk away from the main high street or 10 min walk to Babbacombe. 2 minute walk from Lidl.

There is free parking all along the road next to the house. A shared patio at the rear of the property.

Bathroom would be shared with myself, there is also a separate second toilet.

The flat is newly renovated so a lovely space to live in.

I am a clean and tidy person and would like to live with someone who is the same. I have a house cat so you would need to be okay with cats.

I work 9-5 Monday to Friday in an office so am not home during those hours.
