Double room and ensuite

Looking for a lovely person to share our flat with us, in your own double room for rent in a lovely quiet location in Torquay, available from October.

This is in a top floor flat (though it's private access from the rest of the properties), and has access to a shared living room with dining table. The bedroom is unfurnished, so living room TV is shared.

Access to shared kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and slow cooker.

Double room has a new ensuite and wardrobe.

I'm looking for a quiet, tidy, and easy going individual. Would consider something longer term for the right individual, but would prefer short term - happy to take on anyone longer term if it works out.

Must like (or at least tolerate) dogs, as I have a well behaved one. I would consider a well behaved quiet dog (s) also if they are quiet and housetrained - I have a communal garden, but it is not for pets to use the toilet in and therefore must be walked at the park at the bottom of the hill.

I work away Monday - Thursday/Friday, and work from home for a week occasionally.

There is plenty of parking available on the quiet road outside, but no private parking available.

No smokers and no big drinkers please.

All bills included.
