Double room and ensuite

Double room for rent in a lovely quiet location in Torquay, available from tbc.

This is in a top floor flat (though it's private access from the rest of the properties), and has access to a shared living room with dining table. The bedroom is unfurnished, so living room TV is shared.

Access to shared kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and slow cooker.

Double room has a new suiteband wardrobe.

I'm looking for a quiet, tidy, easy going individual that is looking for short term let. Would consider something longer term for the right individual, but would prefer short term - happy to take on anyone longer term if it works out. Would prefer female tenant to keep my partner company as I work away during the week.

Must like (or at least tolerate) dogs, as I have a well behaved one. May consider a well behaved quiet pet also if they are quiet and housetrained - I have a communal garden, but it is not for pets to use the toilet in and therefore must be walked at the park at the bottom of the hill.

I work away Monday - Thursday/Friday, and work from home for a week occasionally.

There is plenty of parking available on the quiet road outside, but no private parking available.

No smokers and no big drinkers please.
