Large furnished (bed / draws and TV) double bedroom in a large 2 bed room flat in torquay town centre. This is an amazing flat that also has 2 bathrooms and also large front room and kitchen which will be shared also. The location is a 15 minute walk to Torbay hospital (if someone is working there) or the bus stop is located right outside the property also. Looking for someone who is employed. No pets. All bills are included. I am a working professional and often at work or also at the gym. Bedroom is furnished but current furniture can be removed if wanted. Parking is available via the shopping centre car park but is a cost of £40 a month or there is some free parking spaces a couple of minutes walk away.
