Hi All,
We have the opportunity to rent out our double bedroom in our tidy semi in Torquay.

My son is a college student, aged 19 and very focused on his academic career. He's T Total, so please be reassured on his maturity. He won't be waking you up at 3am after a night on the tiles. He's at college 5 days a week.

We have a family dog, Ava. The tenant would need to be comfortable with her. She's 6 years old and completely house trained however you would need to pass the Ava test. We welcome pets, again, they would need to pass the Ava test to be compatible with our household. There may be an additional deposit for them for carpet cleaning on exit depending on duration of the stay.

Otherwise, the house has a driveway for parking. There are no parking restrictions or permits required to park outside the house.

There is both a front rear garden, ample storage within your room as well as within the garage / attic of the house for longer term storage needs.

Two reception rooms, large kitchen and laundry facilities.

I work from home, in my home office at the back of the house. There is superspeed wifi in the house with extenders to ensure a strong signal.

We're looking for a single person who is respectful of the home and looking for a quiet spot.

We're on the outskirts of Torquay, so quick access to the local ring road to Paignton and Newton Abbot.

The house is a council tax C Band.
