Room for a dog or two after Christmas

The lady who owns the pictured dogs is moving away after Xmas, so the 2 ground floor rooms will be vacant. The garden in the picture is secure, so I am thinking of taking in another dog-owner or two, as I know it is hard for dog-owners to find anywhere; and I like to help pet owners as well as thinking they might pay a bit more. Also I think pet-owners are more likely to suit my life-style, and want to live here, but I would only take somebody in if I was sure we would be compatible. You do not need to be a pet-owner. We have cats upstairs.

My other lodger, who currently lives upstairs, is an 18 yo who spends most of her time in her room with her kitten, who yowls piteously every time she goes to the toilet. I sometimes do not see her for over a month, as she needs privacy. Somebody similar would be fine.
