This is not a flat let...It is fully furnished 1 bed ground floor set of rooms attached to the main house. (sorry its the only place that made sense to advertise it) There is a connecting door to the main house which we keep closed.
It is out of the way along a private road.
It has a lovely south facing aspect. Own bathroom (shower&toilet) Sink, washing machine, lots of work surfaces, living/dining room, bedroom with king-size bed.
Bed. Private garden with sea views, decking, patio, and conservatory.
There is no parking available, as all spaces are allocated. There is, however, plenty of public parking nearby. It is near the train station 5 mins, bus stops 100 m and hospital. Only 15 mins from seafront. There is free V Fast wifi, net flix, Prime, etc
It is heated by the main house when on. Payment for electric over £35 a month will have to be paid for via internet meter, obviously everything else included. The garden is tended and rubbish /recycling is put out for you. Given it is part of the main house it is under a lodger agreement to a single person. No Couples or kids or pets.
Would like someone who loves animals , doesn't smoke. Obviously you need to be employed and have check-able references, passport, and a credit check through an agency.
